Focus on what you love to do

How are you spending your precious time on this amazing planet of ours? Are you using it to focus on what you love to do? Or are you using it to worry about the current state of the world. It’s so easy to get caught up in the drama, the hurt and the pain of the world around us. The news seems to be getting ever worse and worse. Sometimes it’s so bad it actually seems like it just cannot be real, things just can’t be going the way they are going. There are so many things to worry about on a global basis, never mind our own problems that we deal with daily.
So how do we offset this and bring balance and harmony back into our lives? How do we raise our vibration and find our joy while remaining grounded on the planet. And what else would be possible if we could detach from pain and trauma and create with love instead? This does not mean that we do not feel compassion. This does not mean that we are in denial or that we don’t feel loss or grief. What it means though, is that if everyone could truly experience life from the heart, and experience joy and peace within, maybe some of this stuff wouldn’t happen in the first place.
It starts with us. Each and every one of us. Finding ourselves in the chaos and loving what we find. Making ourselves a priority. Making loving connections a priority. Making spending time in nature a priority. Making anything that makes you smile and your heart sing a priority. Boldly claiming our joy without explanation, justification or guilt. For it is our birthright. And no matter what the outside circumstances, it will be found within.
And so it is
