As we get better at listening, the messages come faster and clearer. There is nothing our Higher Selves like more than to communicate with us! They are our guidance, our protection, our GPS system. If we listen, we can avoid simple struggles such as traffic jams and lineups, get great parking spaces and adopt the perfect pets! The options are literally limitless. Checking in is absolutely invaluable, and can be done by taking time in silence and contemplation for larger issues, and a quick check in with the guys for the little things in life.
