Choose to imagine

Our ability to visualize ourselves and our lives is our most valuable tool. When we choose to imagine wonderful things, people and situations coming into our lives, and allow ourselves to experience a rush of positive emotion as we day-dream, we set those very dreams into motion. The magical combination between focused intention and the power of high vibrational emotion is the Law of Attraction at it’s very best. Anything becomes possible!

As mentioned above, children are the very best example of the joy created by the power of imagination. Hours can be spent inventing games with various characters, forts can be built, books experienced as if in the first person. Hopefully all children, despite the overwhelming pull of technology, still get to experience this pure magic.

As we mature, we start to rely on our rational minds to decide what is possible for us, and how far we should reach for our dreams before we cut them loose and set our sights lower. We give up so easily because we believe that we can’t or won’t have what we so desire. All that has to change. We need an infusion of imagination inspiration to save us from ourselves!

Take a moment and gaze at the amazing image on the card above. Just for a moment, close your eyes and imagine flying with that amazing being. Imagine being granted permission to sit astride him and head for the clouds. Imagine the feeling of the wind through your hair; the power of his wings as they lift up through the air over and over lifting you up higher and higher. Imagine the feel of his mane in your hands. Imagine the smell of the flowers and trees as you rise above them. Imagine the exhilaration, the freedom, the racing of your pulse. Imagine throwing your head back, laughing with glee and amazement at this wonderous experience. Imagine the pure joy you would feel. Allow yourself to fully embrace the experience.

We need more of that in our lives. More magic. More colour. More luxuriating in the senses. More visualizing our heart’s desires.

As Dr. Zeus would say: “Oh the Thinks you can Think!”
