Do we stay in our physical bodies when we dream at night? Or do we move away into another realm, an alternate reality or a higher dimension in our astral or light body? We used to think that dreaming was due to an over active imagination, or a processing of situations that we were experiencing in our everyday waking lives. Now, we are learning that we can glean vital information from the Universe during this beautiful and special time.
We can even take it one step further and practice Lucid dreaming; where we can link our conscious to our subconscious mind and control our dreams from the inside. This can be an ideal time to seek answers; strengthen our intuition and heal past wounds. We can also communicate with passed over loved ones or pets, our angels and guides or other high dimensional beings. There is no limit what so ever to what is possible in our dreamtime. We must focus all of our attention and set the intention to work with our dreams, rather than just experiencing them like a movie playing on a screen in our mindβs eye. Itβs all about perspective.

Experiment with setting simple intentions as you fall asleep at night, and keep a dream journal to record your dreams. Setting the intention will help you to be more aware of your dreams; you could set the intention to connect with a certain person or being; go to a specific place; or even decide that you will see your dreamscape in full detail. Upon waking, be sure to take a couple of quiet minutes (yes, I know, believe me, this can be tricky if you have little kids!! Or fur kids. Just do your best!) and write down anything and everything in point form. Every little detail counts. Over time, you will be able to decipher your dreams, see patterns and expand your awareness around the information you are receiving during this amazing time. You can even place an amethyst crystal under your pillow to assist you in retaining memory of your dreams, or clear quartz to amplify the dreaming process.
Have fun with it, go in without fear, with an open mind and open heart. Keep your intention to learn; for the Highest Good of All.
And so it is.
Namaste
