Bringing joy into your life has so many benefits; healing and connecting us body, mind and spirit. It is easy to be disconnected, especially by the distraction and stresses of every day life. Technology robs us of interpersonal connections that bring us joy and fulfillment; we often are led to believe the reason we are feeling that something is âmissingâ is because we donât own the latest gadget! Instead, we need to shut off the screens, walk away from the alerts, and get outside! Surrounding ourselves with the abundance and joy offered by Mother Earth strengthens our connection to the Universe. Spending quality time with those we love, and who love us, also brings great joy and peacefulness into our lives.
Itâs time to take a step back from the rat race and simplify things! Take a hike; go to the beach; swim in the river, lake or sea; go camping, horse back riding; take in the sunrise and sunset to reset your natural circadian rhythms, gaze at the sky day or night and admire itâs vast perfection. Joy is in the plants, the trees, the flowers, the sky and in all the creatures on this beautiful planet. That includes you, all you have to do is allow it to radiate out from you like the sun.
Access your inner resources of joy by doing what you love; with who you love; in your most favorite placeâĻ outside. Experience the present moment without lack, without fear, and without distraction. Open yourself to the infinite possibilities of the Universe, one hug at a time.

Let it expand,
