Don’t deny yourself

If your body felt a great thirst after an exertion, you would not deny yourself a drink of water if water were available.

Don,t deny yourself the deep comforts of Spirit, for Loving Spirit is always available to you. Learn to recognize when your efforts in life and your thinking both need the sweet boost and adjustments that the Spirit of God freely offers you, and stop, be still, and enjoy them.

Yes, of course We hope you have times that you turn to Divine Love each day as an established part of your day. But, just as working outside on a hot day calls for more glasses of water, be very aware of when circumstances and a sense of low energy or patience mean that you need that infusion of Loving Soul
