Right NOW is the best moment of your life

One of the most profound spiritual lessons we are to learn is that everything we need is within us already.

We always look to the outside for help, motivation, inspiration, and navigation through life. But what we don’t realize is that the knight in shining armour is within us as much or more so than outside.

Yes it’s great to have support; relationships that are nurturing and uplifting. But we cannot look to others to “save” us, heal us, change us or take responsibility for us.

All that is up to us. Only we hold the keys to our own hearts and Souls. Only we know what can truly make us happy. And only we can be the guardians of our inner peace.

We think that once we reach a certain point in our lives that we will be able to be happy, peaceful, joyful, fulfilled… but what we aren’t quite realizing is that the reason that we feel like this is because we are the ones that put those rules into place. We are the ones who have projected happiness somewhere out into the future! We are the ones who are not seeing it, right there, inside us. That IS the miracle.

Our minds are powerful. Our thoughts and emotions are what ultimately creates our reality. Not someone else… unless you let them.

Get it? Let all that stuff go. Let it go that you will be happy once you win the lottery, lose 20 pounds, get the house of your dreams, meet your soul mate… all that… let it go.

And instead, find that joy, right here and now. And when you do? That is when all the other stuff will fall into place. Ya, really.
